Terms of Service

By using Following you agree to these terms. They form a contract between you and Following Agency FZ-LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

These terms apply to anyone accessing following.ae, analytics.following.ae, creatorapp.following.ae, our APIs, or any product we operate under the Following brand.

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date
• Creators must own or be authorised to operate the Instagram account they connect
• Brands must be a real business and provide accurate billing details

Creators sign in with Instagram. By doing so you confirm that you own the Instagram account, that it's a Creator or Business account, and that you accept these terms. Following may verify this and may decline accounts that don't meet our criteria, including a minimum follower threshold and engagement quality checks.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, paid follower services, or any artificial means to inflate metrics
• Operate more than one Following account, or share access with another person
• Misrepresent sponsored content as organic, or fail to disclose paid partnerships where required by law
• Post content that violates Instagram's policies or UAE law

We may suspend or close any account that breaks these rules, and forfeit any pending earnings tied to the breach.

Cashback is earned when you complete a campaign deliverable according to its brief. Earnings show as “pending” until the deliverable is verified and any associated transaction is finalised, then become “available” to withdraw.

• Minimum withdrawal: AED 200. No fees on withdrawals
• Withdrawals are reviewed and released manually within 3-5 business days. We may delay or refuse withdrawals when we suspect fraud
• You are responsible for declaring earnings to your tax authority. We don't withhold or report on your behalf unless required by law
• If a brand disputes a transaction or refunds a customer, the corresponding cashback may be reversed

Brands fund a cashback pool in advance and use Following to run campaigns, search creators, and approve deliverables. Pool balances are non-refundable once allocated to live campaigns. Subscription fees, where applicable, are billed by Stripe and are non-refundable beyond statutory rights.

Brands must not misuse creator data shown on the platform. In particular: no scraping, no resale, and no use of creator analytics outside the platform without the creator's direct consent.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without our prior written consent
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or any unlawful content
• Interfere with other users' accounts or with our infrastructure
• Use any automated agent, bot, or scraper against our APIs beyond your published rate limits

You keep ownership of any content you create or upload. When you participate in a Following campaign, you grant the brand a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverable according to that campaign's brief, and you grant Following a limited licence to display your public Instagram content within the platform for the purposes described in the privacy policy.

Following's name, logo, and the design of our software remain our property. You may not use our brand without permission.

Following integrates with Instagram, Stripe, Twilio, and others. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their availability or behaviour.

You can close your account at any time inside the app, or by emailing hello@following.ae. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. On termination we'll process any cleanly earned withdrawal balance and delete your data per the privacy policy.

Following is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose beyond what we describe in product. Earnings depend on creator performance and brand campaign demand and are not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Following's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or AED 1,000, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (such as for fraud or wilful misconduct).

You agree to indemnify Following against any claim arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your misuse of the service.

We may update these terms. When changes are material we will notify users in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that can't be resolved by email goes to the courts of Dubai.
