Creator app help
Following is operated by Following Agency FZ-LLC (United Arab Emirates). Here's where we can help with the creator app:
Signing in
- You can sign in with Instagram, Apple, or your phone number. If a sign-in method isn't working, email us and we'll sort it out.
- Lost access to the Instagram account you signed up with? Use “Lost access to your Instagram?” on the sign-in screen, or contact us to recover your profile.
Account approval
- New creator profiles are reviewed before they're approved. If your review is taking longer than expected, get in touch.
Cashback & withdrawals
- Questions about a scan, a pending cashback amount, or a withdrawal to your bank? Email us with the campaign name and the date, and we'll investigate.
Campaigns & deliverables
- Help with applying to a campaign, submitting content or proof of posting, or an approval/edit request from a brand — we can walk you through it.

How do I sign in?
Open the app and choose Instagram, Apple, or phone number on the welcome screen. Your account is the same whichever method you use to return, as long as it's linked to the same profile.
I can't log in — what now?
Email partners@following.ae from the email on your account (or include your Instagram handle) and describe what happens. Include a screenshot if you can.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from inside the app under account settings, or email us at partners@following.ae and we'll remove your account and associated data.
